Delhi govt. has launched 5-point action plan or 5T strategy to combat COVID-19:

      i)         Testing à for identification
     ii)         Tracing à people in contact through cellphone triangulation
   iii)         Treatment à Dedicated hospitals, adequate no. of beds and PEP kits
   iv)         Teamwork à all state govts to work together
    v)         Tracking & Monitoring à Delhi CM will be responsible for making this plan work out
